On 19 January, 65 members of staff at the Sunderland Royal hospital were presented with 100% attendance awards in recognition of their attendance efforts throughout 2008.
The awards were presented by Mike Jepson, Managing Director, who commented "I am very pleased with the effort our staff are continuing to put into their work at Sunderland. It demonstrates the huge amount of dedication they have to their roles within the hospital."
